Anthony Como is the founder of “Anthony Como Associates”, and now co-partner of our newly named company “New York Real Estate Tax Services.” Mr. Como worked as a New York City Property Tax Assessor, with his last 5 years as the Property Tax Assessor of Midtown Manhattan. From his work with the NYC Department of Finance, he understood the complex inner workings of property taxes through this government agency. His knowledge and experience with the industry allowed him to start this business, with the goal of assisting property owners navigate this robust property tax industry.

Mr. Como’s drive and intuitive instincts have led to the successful savings of millions in property taxes for over 30 years. To this day, he continues to strive for excellence with our growing clientele.

Darya Sudman

Co-partner of “New York Real Estate Tax Services”, Darya Sudman began her career in accounting. Having previously worked with prestigious accounting firms, her background has been a massive benefit for this company. As the Senior Appeal specialist with over 20 years of experience, she has successfully appealed thousands of property tax assessments. Additionally, calculated hundreds of projected real estate tax estimates.
