NYC Department of Small Business Services/ Division of Labor Services (SBS/DLS) requires compliance paperwork for a variety of abatement programs. Our company offers these services.

As per NYC Department of Finance (DOF) requirements, all projects must reach out to city-certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) for purposes of promoting contracting opportunities on the project. ICAP projects that meet or exceed hard construction costs of $750,000 must submit M/WBE Outreach compliance documentation to the NYC Department of Finance. ICAP projects meeting or exceeding hard construction costs of $2.5 million must be in good standing with all Small Business Services / Division of Labor Services (SBS/DLS) compliance paperwork to obtain ICAP benefits. SBS/DLS requires construction projects to follow federal, state, and local equal employment opportunity regulations.
